Pregnancy and post pregnancy can be a tough time on your physical body so try and give yourself and your baby the best start by being as healthy as you can. You should be in regular contact with your local GP or clinic and report everything you feel…it is important not to let anything go. There are several things to think about, health wise, before becoming pregnant. Are you the right weight and follow a healthy diet? Do you smoke? Do you drink excessively? Are you on any medication that may interfere with the pregnancy and health of the fetus? Also, there are several methods of figuring out when you are most fertile. Arrange a prenatal visit with your GP or gynecologist and work out the best plan for you to conceive. Don’t forget to have fun trying!
